• Reservations are managed through our booking partner, ResOS, and are subject to their terms of service
• We request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation
• Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time; after this, we may release your table
• For parties of 6 or more, a deposit may be required
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations in exceptional circumstances

4. Dining Services

When dining with us:

• Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice
• Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary requirements; while we take care to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
• We operate a smart-casual dress code and reserve the right to refuse entry
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately
• Gratuities are discretionary and not included in the bill

5. Events & Live Music

For ticketed or special events:

• Event details, including performers and timings, are subject to change
• Tickets or deposits for special events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us
• We may capture photographs or video during events for promotional purposes
• Noise levels during live music events may be elevated
