What can you expect from the Christmas menu at Darleys?
The Brasserie at Darleys is a riverside restaurant at Darley Abbey Mills, ten minutes from Derby city centre, and our festive set menu runs for lunch and dinner throughout December. It's built for tables of six or more, so it suits work Christmas parties, family gatherings and groups of friends who want a proper Christmas dinner in Derby without the paper-plate version of it.
Christmas dining should feel familiar, but it should also be genuinely exciting to eat. We kept the festive flavors everyone looks forward to, but brought them through our kitchen with bold ingredients and fire, from turkey koftas off the Konro grill with cranberry-shatta glaze to slow-roasted duck breast with sour cherry jus. It still feels like Christmas, just cooked with proper care and a lot more life.

≻≻The Small Print
The Christmas menu is for parties of six or more, and we need your pre-order seven days before you come, with everyone's courses on it. Send any dietary requirements at the same time, we'll do everything we reasonably can, but our kitchen handles nuts, gluten and other allergens, so we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. A deposit of £20 per person confirms the table. It isn't refundable, but it isn't an extra either: it comes off your final bill. Final numbers are due seven days ahead and that number is the minimum we charge for, so cancellations or drop-outs after that point are charged in full. Extra guests are welcome subject to availability. The menu is subject to seasonal availability and we may substitute a dish of equivalent quality where we have to. A discretionary ten percent service charge is added to tables of six or more, and one bill comes to the party unless something different has been agreed in advance. We can't guarantee specific table locations.
