Neapolitan pizza at Darleys, every Thursday

Every Thursday from 5pm, Fiamma takes over our kitchen and turns the dining room at Darley Abbey Mills into a proper Neapolitan pizzeria for the night. The dough is slow-fermented and opened by hand, the tomatoes are San Marzano, the mozzarella is Fior di Latte, and every pizza comes out with Fiamma’s own garlic and herb dip, which is the reason nobody ever leaves a crust behind.

We loved Pizzeria Fiamma so much, we gave them our kitchen one night a week. It has quickly become one of our favourite nights, and the full Brasserie menu is still served alongside all evening too, so if someone at your table would rather have a steak or the lamb shoulder, they can order it, and everyone eats together.

    7-Spice Chicken

    £17.50

Our Lebanese 7-spice chicken, the same one from the Brasserie small plates, on a Fiamma base with Fior di Latte, creamy toum, sharp sumac onion, fiery shatta, coriander and a little pomegranate molasses. It’s where the two kitchens meet, and it changes as the seasons, and our chefs, inspire us.
