Our new plant based dishes are live this week!

Here we have beautiful heritage carrots cooked in rose harissa and smoked rapeseed oil, glazed in a carrot emulsion. Served alongside a crispy rosti potato seasoned with garlic and thyme, a punchy coriander emulsion and coriander and carrot frond pesto, silky carrot purée and toasted hazelnuts.
