As of 31st December 2022, we’ve taken the difficult to decision to close Darleys temporarily while we recruit a new kitchen team. As you’ll know from the media, there is a skills shortage right now and we, like many other businesses, have been struggling to find people of the right calibre over the last few months.
We need a kitchen team that can deliver 2AA rosette culinary experiences and uphold the high standards that Darleys has become known for. We are not content offering anything less to our wonderful customers. This temporary closure will give us the time and thinking space we need to reset, and focus on finding the right chefs who can delight our customers once again.
