Who we are

We are an award-winning restaurant with a beautiful waterfront location in Derby. We offer you classic British and European dishes with a modern twist, within a 200-year old former mill building: Darley Abbey Mills.

We also have two outdoor terraces so if you prefer, you can enjoy al-fresco drinks overlooking the River Derwent prior to your dining experience. We’re open for breakfast, lunch and dinner — check our current opening hours.

We have already mentioned above that Onlinecasino61 offers its customers the opportunity to play games of chance in free version. True, almost all the titles of well-known developers are available in demo mode. You may wonder why playing without real money if it does not bring any gains. A waste of time, you say. Yes, it may seem unnecessary to play for free. But this is only at first glance. Indeed, all regular players will tell you the opposite. Thats why we offer you to learn all the advantages of Free games.

The perfect view

You can enjoy dining or drinking al-fresco on our terrace, while taking in the views of the River Derwent and the surrounding wildlife. It’s a gloriously tranquil spot.

Steeped in history

Our building is also special: it’s part of the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site and is over 200 years old. During the industrial revolution it housed the staff canteen for a thriving cotton mill, and today it continues to be a place to come for delicious food and drink with friends, family and colleagues. Our co-owners are a local father-and-son team, Lee Bebbington and Robert Ellis.
